All of our menu items are halal certified - we serve no pork products, making our delicious food accessible to everyone. This commitment to halal preparation sets us apart and allows us to serve diverse communities at festivals, events, and venues across the region.

Safety and compliance are our top priorities. We are ServSafe certified, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and handling. Our equipment includes fire-proof tent materials and we carry all required safety equipment including Class K and Class C fire extinguishers, meeting or exceeding all local fire safety regulations.
